Depression/Anxiety Among R.T.’s Study Planned

Three prominent researchers got together to ask the hard questions about the workplace and its effects on radiologic technologists. After several months of planning, the survey will be ready to go soon. Please understand that the results of this survey can be especially important to you and others staffing imaging departments. Be sure you look for the links to the survey when it is ready and to recognize the links when they are available. You may get an email about the survey, or you may see it on social media. The links will be everywhere, but you should only fill out the survey one time to maintain the validity of the results.  Results will be published, and you will see what your peers reported.

Depression/Anxiety Among R.T.’s Hello from Texas and Nebraska

 “We are examining depression and anxiety among working R.T.’s and seeking to determine if any correlation exists to working various sifts (e.g., day, evening, or night). In addition, we want to identify any strategies used to cope with depression and anxiety among a sample of working R.T.s.

Participation in this research study is voluntary; however, consent is implied when you begin the survey. Your identity and responses will remain anonymous, and your privacy and confidentiality will not be compromised. You may stop answering the survey items at any time without penalty. No compensation will be awarded for participation in this study.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. As you respond to the survey items, please answer honestly considering you current mental health status.
